Refund policy

**RETURN & REFUND POLICY**

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

**Eligibility for Returns**
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
- Items must be returned by mail within the 14-day window

Please note: you may open and inspect the item to check its condition and function, similar to how you would in a physical store. However, if the item shows signs of use beyond simple inspection (wear, reduced battery capacity, missing accessories, etc.), we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting this reduced value from your refund, or decline the return if the item is no longer resalable.

**How to Start a Return**
Contact us at support@noldoxstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Returns are accepted by mail only.

**Return Shipping Costs**
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we cover the return shipping cost
- If you are returning for any other reason (changed your mind, wrong size, etc.): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

**Processing Time**
Please allow 5–7 business days for us to receive and inspect your return after shipping. Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days.

**Refunds**
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. All refunds are processed in USD. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

**Exchanges**
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct product.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is a problem, contact us immediately at support@noldoxstore.com so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

**Non-Returnable Items**
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items

**EU Customers**
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, under the same conditions listed above.
