Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after 14 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@noldoxstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at info@noldoxstore.com with photos of the damaged item.
